Prof. Dr. Pankaja Madhav Waghmare, M.A., NET, Ph.D., I/C Director, Pre –IAS training Centre, Aurangabad is a Professor and Head, Department of Sanskrit at Government College of Arts and Science, Aurangabad.

She has been engaged in teaching and research for the last 22 years in various renowned Government institutes at Nagpur, Amravati and Aurangabad. She had done interdisciplinary research in the field of Kautiliya Arthashastra. She is well known orator and anchor in marathawada and vidarbha region of Maharashtra. She has published twenty one research articles and presented twenty two Papers in various international, national conference proceedings and in peer reviewed journals. She had organized ten educational events such as conferences, workshops     etc.

   She is a creative writer and has published 4 books in Marathi and in Sanskrit and many articles in newspapers. She has been engaged in various programs on Akashawani.

    She is always engaged in carving the personality of students as a mentor and motivates students to get success in competitive examinations. She looks after keenly to the holistic development of each student.
